We'll. That was something.
It's great, it's all great.
What happened?

Oh ya, another signal, nanobots, relationship interventions.

My main question is about the signals. They said it's the 4th of 7. How do we know that? Is it the same 7 signals coming back again?
If so can't they predict where they'll be or use spocks map?

@quark I’m pretty confused about the signals too. I assume they’re numbering them according to where they appear, so each new location gets a new number. But beyond that... you got me. I’ve heard some speculation that it’s going to have something to do with Burnham after all since they’re making it so clear that a lot of what’s going on hinges on her, but I think the signals may be the part of all this that I understand the least right now.

@Omega_Molecule My greatest fear is that the solution to all the problems will be to somehow change history so Burnam doesn't stay on Vulcan, or her parents don't die. If she wasn't there it was erase everything that has happened in the series but save the galaxy. They can't of course, so I shouldn't worry, but they are so loose with the rules of time travel and logic I...well, I worry. They could just hand wave something like this and ruin everything.

@quark I worry about the hand wave too, but at the end of the day I think the writers know they'd never hear the end of it if they went that route. If they had the main developments in the series suddenly vanish, that would be a lot for many fans to get on board with (rightfully so). I'm beginning to suspect that won't happen but we are going to get catapulted closer to when Calypso happens. It's anyone's guess at this point, though...
